My Artist Statement

I paint in a style called abstract realism, using oil, acrylic and spray-paint, featuring majestic animals, worshiping women, and breathtaking landscapes. By incorporating glass,  jewelry, glitter, gold leaf, synthetic flowers, and other mixed media, I add texture and shine that brings each piece to life. Through this play of color and movement, I aim to capture a 3 dimensional painting  of heaven on earth—creation redeemed and filled with God’s love. My art is an invitation for you to experience the beauty of His creation and feel His presence through every shimmering detail..

My Style of Art

My body of work is a tactile exploration of the sacred and the majestic, rendered through an intuitive, mixed-media approach on loose-weave canvas. Presented in a traditional scroll format, my art captures worshiping women and majestic animals through an ethereal lens. I seek to evoke the shared essence of devotion and power, allowing figures and creatures to emerge from the canvas as if through a dreamlike, shimmering haze.

The multidimensional surface is built by integrating glitter, charms, and repurposed jewelry that create dancing points of light, balanced by organic assemblages of shells, rocks, and flora. This intentional layering grounds the spiritual subjects in the natural world. The work is finalized with artisan-weighted hanging hardware, which provides a deliberate, grounded physical presence. This custom presentation ensures the loose-weave canvas hangs with the grace of a traditional textile while maintaining the structural integrity of a fine art piece. I call my style “Heaven on Earth Art”
